Hose fittings for PVC hoses

Cables can only be optimally protected in the best possible coordinated cable protection system. That is why Lagra Systemtechnik's wide range of products includes compatible fittings for every PVC and special conduit.

The PVC conduit fittings are made of high quality materials and meet the high requirements of industrial cable protection according to IEC EN 61836. They are available in different variants with protection classes IP54, IP65 and IP67, which means that they can also be obtained as threaded fittings and flange connections that have a high degree of tightness against dusts and liquids. Fittings for PVC hoses are mainly used in electrical installation, automation as well as in machine, plant and vehicle construction. In addition, different versions are also suitable for special applications such as ship and railway construction (EN45545-2 (HL2)) and UL-CSA applications.

The fittings for special PVC hoses from Lagra Systemtechnik are made of weather-, chemical-, oil- and UV-resistant materials. In addition to fittings made of nickel-plated brass, models made of polyamide 6 (PA6; UL94 V0), PVC (UL94 V0) and polypropylene (PP; UL94 V0) are available. All fittings for PVC hoses are available with metric or PG thread (steel conduit thread) as required. In addition, screw fittings, hose connection pieces and flange connections with rigid and rotatable external threads as well as special variants for protective hoses with embedded spiral are offered.

PVC conduit fittings from Lagra Systemtechnik are available with metric threads in sizes from M12 to M63 and with PG threads from PG07 to PG48. Depending on the product, the fittings can be obtained in the colours grey, light grey and black.
