Mainflex PVC hoses

For an ideally coordinated cable protection system, Lagra Systemtechnik's comprehensive product range includes matching PVC, special and special protection conduits as well as compatible cable glands.

The protective conduits are made of high-quality materials and are available in different versions - also in variants with the high protection class IP68. They are characterised by permanent tightness against gases, liquids and dusts and are ideally suited for professional electrical installation in accordance with IEC EN 61836. The areas of application for the special protection and special hoses include machine, plant and vehicle construction as well as automation and electrical installation. In addition, hose models are available that meet the requirements for use in EMC and EX applications as well as for shipbuilding and railway construction (EN45545-2 (HL3)).

The range of PVC and special hoses from Lagra Systemtechnik includes smooth PVC hoses, smooth PVC hoses with steel braiding made of galvanised steel and thick-walled PVC hoses with embedded PVC spiral (smooth outside and/or inside). But also braided hoses made of polyamide UL94 HB or polyester UL94 V0, winding spirals (spiral hose) made of PE (polyethylene), winding tape made of silicone as well as glass silk insulation and high temperature hoses made of glass fabric are part of the varied product range.

Our PVC and special hoses are characterised by optimum peak pressure resistance and good oil and acid resistance. In addition, depending on the variant, they impress with silicone- and cadmium-free processing and tensile strength, liquid-tight, self-extinguishing, UV-resistant and flame-retardant properties. For high-temperature applications, we recommend heat-resistant special hose models that can withstand even the most extreme temperature conditions.
