Your tasks:
- Entry and management of customer orders
- Monitoring of delivery dates
- Customer correspondence
- Invoice creation and processing
- Shipping documentation
Requirement profile:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Affinity for technical topics an advantage
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Affinity for technical topics an advantage
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as organisational skills
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs and desire for familiarisation with new ERP and sales systems
- Good PC skills
- German language in spoken and written, good English language skills in spoken and written desirable
